The history of Hurt Someone Handsome

The band FITZROY was formed in 2003 with Pål Granum (Frevo, It's the End) on lead guitar and Kyrre Tromm Lindvig (Quarter Past) behind the drums. The first demo was released the following summer, receiving a lot of good reviews, from both people the guys handed it to and several record companies; the largest one being Universal.

In the winter of 2003 the band wanted to shift its musical direction from that of pop/rock to that of rock/metal. The result of this transition was the release of the second live-recorded demo, under the new name of Hurt Someone Handsome. This was also the last demo to feature Kyrre Tromm Lindvig on the drums. A session drummer helped us out from 2004 to 2005. The band then took its stuff into the studio to record the 2006 two-part EP (downloadable from the music section).

At this point in time the guys are getting ready to enter the studio to record som new material. Snippets from this work will be uploaded and made available as soon as it is ready.
